Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the u9bd website at u9bd.net, creating a player account, or placing any wager or bet through the u9bd platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the u9bd platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you (the player) and u9bd (the platform operator) with respect to your use of the u9bd website, its games, its sports betting services, and all related features. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, between you and u9bd.

u9bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the u9bd website. Your continued use of the platform after any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the u9bd platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the conditions below to be permitted to register an account and participate in any gaming or betting activity on u9bd.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on u9bd and to participate in any form of real-money gaming or betting. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. u9bd operates a strict 18+ policy on all products and services.

u9bd may request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or at any other time that u9bd deems appropriate. Acceptable proof of age documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. If a player fails to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested, u9bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and to withhold any funds held within it pending investigation.

Geographic Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the u9bd platform. u9bd makes no representation that its services are appropriate or legally available for use in any particular country or region. Access to u9bd from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at the player's own risk and is not condoned by u9bd.

Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. You must not be acting on behalf of a third party and must be playing with funds that you own beneficially and that were not obtained through illegal activity.

Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming and sports betting on u9bd, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. By submitting a registration form, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and not misleading in any respect.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid email address that you own and have access to.
• You must provide your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• You must provide a valid mobile phone number registered in your name, capable of receiving OTP verification codes.
• You must select a unique username and a strong password for your account.
• You must confirm that you are aged 18 or above and that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

One Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one active u9bd account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If u9bd identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended, balances will be reviewed, and any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your u9bd login credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. u9bd will never contact you to request your password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify u9bd immediately by contacting support at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

All activity that occurs on your account while logged in with your credentials will be treated as having been carried out by you, unless and until you have notified u9bd of unauthorised access. u9bd accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

u9bd may at any time request identity verification documents as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. This process may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and/or proof of the payment method used to deposit funds. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

u9bd supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market. All financial transactions on the u9bd platform are governed by the terms set out in this section. By making a deposit or requesting a withdrawal, you confirm that you are the legitimate owner of the funds and the payment method being used.

Accepted Deposit Methods

u9bd currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability)

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are typically credited to your u9bd wallet within minutes of confirmation. The minimum deposit via mobile financial services is ৳100. Bank transfer deposits may take 1 to 3 business hours to be reflected in your account balance.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by the u9bd finance team during standard operating hours. u9bd aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding on the account. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically completed faster than bank transfer withdrawals. u9bd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal of significant value.

Currency

All transactions on u9bd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Any deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. u9bd is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. u9bd reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts following written notice to the registered email address. Details of the applicable inactivity fee will be communicated at the time of notification. Players wishing to reactivate an inactive account should contact support at [email protected].

Bonuses & Promotions

u9bd periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balance pools. Real-money funds are used first by default, unless the player selects otherwise in their account settings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully completed.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• u9bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to active accounts will remain subject to their original terms at the time of crediting.
• Players who are found to have abused bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk play designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other strategy deemed by u9bd to constitute bonus abuse — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register an account on u9bd may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The specific bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period for the welcome bonus are set out in the welcome bonus promotion page. u9bd reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time for new registrations.

Seasonal & Event Promotions

u9bd runs promotional campaigns tied to Bangladeshi calendar events including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms. Players are advised to review the full terms of each promotion before opting in.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the u9bd platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances. Where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence, u9bd will report the matter to the relevant authorities.

• Fraud & Money Laundering: Using the u9bd platform for any fraudulent purpose, including the use of stolen payment credentials or the use of gaming activity to launder funds of illegal origin.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or any other form of bonus abuse.
• Underage Play: Attempting to register or use the platform while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any game (including live table games) to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Use of Automated Tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in place of manual human action.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting a technical fault, software error, pricing error, or vulnerability in the platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from an exploited error are void and will be reversed.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment chargeback or reversal with your payment provider after depositing funds on u9bd. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account suspended pending investigation.
• Impersonation: Impersonating another player, u9bd staff member, or any other person in connection with your use of the platform.

Account Closure & Suspension

Both players and u9bd have the right to close or suspend a u9bd account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Closure Requested by the Player

Any registered player may request the closure of their u9bd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, u9bd will confirm the player's identity and ensure that any outstanding wagering requirements or pending bonus conditions are addressed. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be paid out to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons (i.e., because they feel their gambling is becoming problematic) may also request a self-exclusion, which provides an additional layer of protection. Suspension or Closure by u9bd

u9bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within a required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Any other situation in which u9bd determines that continued account operation poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of gaming operations.

In the event of account closure by u9bd due to a breach of these terms, u9bd reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as partial or full compensation for losses or damages caused by the player's conduct. u9bd will communicate its decision to the player in writing to their registered email address.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, u9bd's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player to their u9bd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

No Liability for Gaming Losses

u9bd is not liable for any gaming losses incurred by a player as a result of playing casino games or placing sports bets on the platform. All gaming and betting involves risk, and players accept that the outcome of any game or bet is uncertain and that losses may exceed deposits. u9bd does not guarantee any particular return on any game or bet.

Technical Interruptions

u9bd makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability, but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. u9bd accepts no liability for any losses, missed bets, or missed gaming opportunities arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, technical faults, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events.

Third-Party Game Providers

Games on the u9bd platform are supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The outcomes of these games are determined by the RNG systems operated by the respective providers. While u9bd requires all partner providers to hold appropriate certifications for fair play, u9bd does not independently verify individual game outcomes and accepts no liability for any malfunction, error, or unfair outcome caused by a third-party game engine.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes between u9bd and a player that cannot be resolved amicably through direct communication with our support team will be referred to binding arbitration. Players are encouraged to contact [email protected] in the first instance to resolve any dispute or complaint before escalating.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and u9bd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements on the same subject matter.
